Sven Council – CEO and Managing Partner of Human Resources and Human Capital Management.
Sven brings deep expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM), compliance, and workforce strategy. As a doctoral-level HR professional, he works directly with clients on organization design, HR department buildouts, policy creation, recruiting support, and Workday optimization. Sven also oversees all business operations and client intake.
Daisy Hernandez – Senior Partner and Legal Director of Immigration Services
Daisy is the backbone of our immigration services. She provides paralegal-level support to individuals and families navigating complex immigration processes, including work permits, family petitions, and adjustment of status. Daisy is passionate about helping clients secure a better future with clarity and compassion.
Wendolin Council – Senior Partner and Director of Accounting
Wendolin leads our accounting division and specializes in small business support. From payroll processing and tax preparation to financial reporting and bookkeeping, Wendolin ensures each client receives timely, compliant, and transparent financial services.
