Daisy Hernandez, Senior Partner & Legal Director of Immigration Services

Daisy Hernandez serves as the Senior Partner and Legal Director of Immigration Services at C&H United, a family-owned and veteran-owned firm based in San Antonio, Texas. With more than a decade of experience in immigration law, case preparation, and legal administration, Daisy has successfully guided hundreds of clients through complex immigration processes with professionalism, empathy, and precision. Her deep understanding of legal procedures and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every client receives the highest quality of support and representation.

Before co-founding C&H United, Daisy worked as an Immigration Case Manager at Zuniga Law Firm, where she managed a diverse caseload involving family-based petitions, asylum applications, removal defense, and court filings. She prepared hundreds of USCIS application packets, including I-130, I-485, I-765, I-601A, N-400, U-Visa, and VAWA petitions, maintaining a record of accuracy and completeness that led to consistent case approvals. Daisy also oversaw Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, drafted responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and maintained close communication with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and immigration courts.

Her ability to manage full case cycles—from intake and documentation to submission and follow-up—has made her a trusted resource among attorneys, clients, and partner organizations. Daisy’s success stems from her strong legal research skills, organization, and a client-first approach that emphasizes trust and transparency. Over the years, she has become known for her high approval rate in immigration filings and her ability to navigate complex cases with care and accuracy.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Daisy serves as a vital bridge between clients and the legal system.
