Wendolin Council is the Senior Partner and Director of Accounting at C&H United. With more than seven years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, and financial operations, Wendolin has established herself as a results-driven leader known for her accuracy, organization, and commitment to excellence. She combines advanced technical skills with a hands-on leadership style to help organizations strengthen compliance, streamline financial processes, and achieve measurable fiscal growth.

Before co-founding C&H United, Wendolin served as an Accounting Manager for Wytec Inc., where she managed complex financial reporting, reconciled corporate promissory notes, tracked equity and derivative transactions, and ensured GAAP compliance across multiple entities. She coordinated with external auditors, prepared detailed audit documentation, and contributed to quarterly and annual SEC filings. Her oversight improved the company’s financial reporting accuracy, audit readiness, and operational transparency.

As a Staff Accountant for the Archdiocese of San Antonio, Wendolin executed year-end audits across more than 50 locations, maintaining a perfect 100% compliance record. She conducted monthly reconciliations, reduced reporting discrepancies by 30%, and enhanced budget-tracking efficiency by 20%. Her proactive approach to process improvement shortened month-end close cycles and improved data accuracy across all parish and school locations.

Previously, as an Accountant for Secure Civil Process, Wendolin handled full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations while achieving three consecutive years of 100% on-time financial reporting. She reduced outstanding receivables by 20% through improved vendor and client relations, streamlined tax preparation processes, and optimized cash flow across multiple accounts.

Her earlier work as an Administrative Bookkeeper for the Catholic Education Foundation demonstrated her leadership in managing both finance and human resources functions for organizations with over 600 employees. She implemented internal controls that reduced processing errors by 30%, improved budget accuracy, and enhanced overall audit performance.

In addition to her corporate experience, Wendolin is the founder of Council’s Bookkeeping Services LLC, where she provides tailored accounting and bookkeeping solutions to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and independent professionals. Her services include general ledger management, payroll processing, financial reporting, and tax preparation support. Her client-centered approach has earned her a reputation for reliability, precision, and trustworthy financial guidance.

Wendolin is a U.S. military veteran who brings discipline, accountability, and service-driven leadership to every role. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting (expected 2026) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (2023), along with dual Associate of Applied Science degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Administration (2016).

At C&H United, Wendolin leads all financial operations, overseeing client accounting, auditing, and budgeting functions.
